On Tuesday, October 13th, Howe Elementary 5th graders were able to experience life as a college student for the day. Howe students joined other 5th graders in our area to tour the UWGB campus, meet students, see classes, and find out what it was like to go to college.
The program, which has been around for eight years, is focused on encouraging at risk students that college is a key to a successful future.
